DISCRIMINATION IN THE WORKPLACE.

Hello, my name is ****. I am currently 21 years old and I'm in a wheelchair since my birth. Only my legs do not work. I was enrolled in a valid school since my CM2.. I had no problems at first until my college, where I suffered the bullying of a biology teacher who did not support a student with a disability either in the classroom. I then threatened to file a complaint.

Today I got my first year of the Mathematics-Physics-Computer Science, but I want more than ten years working in music. But many doors were closed because the institutions are not always accessible. I spent over a contest followed by an interview where I not been received. Yet I compared my answers with those of a friend who has entered the contest on the same day as me and they were identical. As for maintenance examiners have spoken only of my disability. Yet a few days after I receive a letter saying "I'm sorry, you have been unsuccessful due to failure to test and maintain onterview" My friend was accepted and not me and yet I had a better File it!

I had other interviews and we realize that many people simply do not want to do shit with a guy in a wheelchair (manual then imagine someone in a electric wheelchair) No wonder this when we know that the people most discriminated against in France is that of persons with disabilities.

And with each new political campaign is the same speech on the acceptance of disability in our society, the same examples (and rightly so) - the Nordic countries, Quebec, but never takes example (in terms of adaptation), in these countries.

It must also know that in France a disabled adult (person aged 20 or over) have 620 Euros (=620 $) each month to live. Me based on my example I can say that the government cut the allocation for disabled parents the exact days of the 20 years young, but before it reaches its allocation it may take me more (5 months for me case). So if I was not in good term with my parents I will become a person living in the street.

As to the world of work quota of disabled people is 6% and it is not respected, companies prefer to pay almonds rather than commit. However some companies meet this quota, but focus on primarily disability (hobble, no finger ...) and "forget" the heavier disabled.

More broadly, I think we should produce only what we need and that each worker can use what he has produced / built, the property being made available to everyone. It would also remove the money, which would eliminate the wage hierarchy and more generally the hierarchy in the workplace, and at least partially enraillerait globalization. Trade unionism is a way to reach these goals. Thank you for this space of expression.
